Vincent Fleuriet is a senior financial sector expert in the Central Bank Operations Division of the IMF’s Monetary and Capital Markets Department, and is responsible for the reserve management operations. Prior to joining the IMF, he was Head of Investment and Treasury at the European Stability Mechanism. Before that, he was Head of Investment at the Banque de France where he was responsible for the bank’s euro and reserves portfolios. He was also involved in several ECB working groups and task forces, as well as other international ones. He has also experience as a repo and fixed income trader at investment banks, where he started his career. Mr. Fleuriet holds a Master of European Economic Studies from the College of Europe (Bruges), an MBA from the University of Louvain, and a Diploma of the French Business School EDHEC.
