Mustafa Y. Yenice is a Research Analyst in the Regional Studies Division of the IMF’s African Department. He has contributed to many analytical pieces on regional spillovers, migration, growth, commodity prices cycles, fiscal consolidation, and capital flows. Previously, he worked in the country assistance and technical support (CATS) team in the Information Technology Department. He holds a Master in Applied Statistics from the University of the District of Columbia. His research interests include data mining, big data, and statistical analysis in economics.
