Alexander Klemm is a Senior Economist in the Western Hemisphere Department working on Mexico. He previously held positions in the Fiscal Affairs and European Departments, where he participated in financial programs granted to member countries, economic surveillance, technical assistance, and various research projects. He also has work experience at the Institute for Fiscal Studies and the European Central Bank. He holds a PhD from University College London and has published widely.
